A custom bike doesn't start with the frame, but with your position. Bike Metrics guides you through the whole process: from determining your posture on the fit bike to frame choice, component advice, assembly and final adjustment.
Your posture is determined and tested on the adjustable fit bike, so the geometry is based on your body rather than on a chart.
From that position we look at which geometry fits: a frame in the right size.
Together we look at the handlebars, stem, cranks, saddle and other components that affect your position.
The bike is built according to the agreed configuration.
At the finishing stage your position is checked again and adjusted where necessary.
For customers who had a bike built or set up at Bike Metrics, there is a modest block of maintenance and repair. Minor aftercare, a check after the season or an adjustment arising from your position: this is possible by arrangement.
