Who are you as a customer?

Biebak BV, Ketelstraat 25, 3440 Zoutleeuw, VAT BE 0694 888 994, is the service provider. In these terms we refer to Bike Metrics.

Booking and payment

• An appointment is made via the booking page or in consultation with Bike Metrics.
• The price of the chosen package is shown on the packages page. Where a price has not yet been set, it is shown as price on request.
• For on-location fit days at a club, appointments are arranged and paid for in advance.
• You can pay using the method offered when you book.

Cancelling and rescheduling

• You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, or do not turn up, the full amount will be charged.
• To reschedule or cancel, please use the contact details of Bike Metrics.

Carrying out the bike fit

• Bike Metrics adjusts your riding position based on an intake, a body analysis and measurements. No medical diagnosis is made and no cure is promised.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your bike, your equipment and your complaints.
• A bike fit includes a report and a free check-up, as stated for the package you choose.
• Adjustments are made in consultation with you. If you decide not to follow a recommendation, the result falls outside the responsibility of Bike Metrics.

Equipment and components

• Bike Metrics is not a bike shop. Components and accessories are recommended, not sold.
• Discounts or benefits on equipment, such as a 10% benefit on shoes, saddles and insoles, apply under the conditions stated on the relevant page.

Liability

Bike Metrics carries out its services with due care. Bike Metrics is not liable for damage resulting from not following advice, from your own adjustments to the bike after the fit, or from defects in equipment not supplied by Bike Metrics.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
